The leaking ducts not assembled properly, poor skilled workmanship when cutting openings, using tape instead of mastic, returns not sealed properly when using building cavities to return air to be heated or cooled. A low cost installation can't include in the price the cost of taking the extra time needed to seal the joints. Few understand or value the importance of this in regards to energy costs and the health of the occupants in the home.
